Description Due Date Resolved Segregated ballast systems: Provisions may be made for emergency discharge of ballast by means of connection to cargo pump through portable spool piece. It should be mounted in a conspicuous position in pumproom and a permanent notice restricting its use should be prominently displayed adjacent to it.
