Description Due Date Resolved The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. PSCO attended vessel after recieveing report of hydraulic fluid leak into #6 Ballast tank. Vessel personnel determined that #5 port or #6 port tank valves are the cause of the hydraulic fluid leaking into the #6 ballast tank. Request repair plan for the correction of hydraulic leak and cleaning of any contaminated tanks and components. Vessel is not authorized to discharge any contaminated or untreated ballast at any time. 74SOLAS(20) I-11.a Yes
