The new Officer Matrix module on Q88.com has now been launched. Below find some of the key features:
- Offline support allowing the vessel to complete the officer matrix onboard
- Option to integrate with your internal crewing system
- Automatic calculation of the officer's experience based on time onboard
- Oil Company compliance analysis
- Submit Officer Matrix directly to OCIMF
There is no additional fee to use the Officer Matrix module. If you would like to submit data from Q88 to OCIMF you must subscribe to our web services package. Fees may apply, See Below.
Several customers asked us if there was a way to track the loadlines of vessels that have multiple loadlines. We listened and built a system to help you track this information. Below find some of the key features:
- Manage multiple loadlines, set which one is the 'active' one
- Use any loadline to complete questionnaires
- Upload the loadline certificate for each loadline
There will be no additional fees to use the Loadline module.
We are continuing work to integrate our system with the various oil companies who require their questionnaire to be completed online. The following oil company's questionnaires are still under development:
- CEPSA
- GALP

The Milbros Chemical Information System (MCIS) has been re-launched into a web-based system. A new shipboard version is also being developed. Please find some of the key enhancements below:
- Access to over 10,000 oil/chemical commodities
- Ability to add private specifications, notes and documents
- Detailed cleaning instructions for each commodity
- Information on all IMO evaluated cleaning chemicals
- Material Safety Data Sheets
- Draeger/Gastec Tube information
- Create and export a booking list and stowage plan

Our agreement with INTERTANKO to offer a 10% discount to INTERTANKO members subscribing to Q88.com has come to an end. On the next renewal invoice, the discount will no longer be applied. We continue to have a close working relationship with INTERTANKO and the Terminal Vetting Database (TVD) will continue to be hosted on Q88.com.
