We have spent the last 9 months developing a new Officer Matrix module on Q88.com.

Below find some of the key features:

• Offline support allowing the vessel to complete the officer matrix onboard
• Option to integrate with your internal crewing system
• Automatic calculation of the officer's experience based on time onboard
• Oil Company compliance analysis
• Submit Officer Matrix directly to OCIMF

The new module is ready for launch; we are just waiting on some legal wording from OCIMF which we should receive very soon.  The good news is that the Officer Matrix module is ready for testing. If you are interested then please let us know and we can arrange access under your account.

There will be no additional fees to use the Officer Matrix module; it will be included in your current subscription.

We now offer AIS vessel tracking. The new module has many features including:

• View the AIS position of a specific vessel or by geographic region
• Calculate the distance to another point or series of points
• Show the vessels historical track
• View photos of vessels

The AIS service is free of charge and can be accessed when viewing the Questionnaire 88 for any vessel. The link below takes you directly to the AIS tracking page.

We are continuing work to integrate our system with the various oil companies who require their questionnaire to be completed online. The following oil company's questionnaires have been under development this year:

• BP
• CEPSA
• GALP
• Suncor
• Repsol
• Tesoro Barge & Tug

Is your company website displaying out of date information for your fleet? Is your internal vessel particulars database out of date? Do you have employees manually updating either one of these systems?

Q88.com now offers a solution to these manual updates. We offer an "XML Web Service" which will allow you to link your vessel data on Q88.com to your web site or corporate application. This service is completely customizable; please contact us for more information.

We are in the process of converting the Milbros Chemical Information System (MCIS) into a web-based system. A new shipboard version is also being developed. We expect the new version to be available late 1st quarter 2011.

Please find some of the key enhancements below:

• Access to over 10,000 oil/chemical commodities
• Ability to add private specifications, notes and documents
• Detailed cleaning instructions for each commodity
• Information on all IMO evaluated cleaning chemicals

We will be sending out more newsletter updates each quarter. Highlights will include a section called "Did you know" which outlines new or existing features that you might not be aware of. We want to make sure you get the most out of Q88.com.

Please note that we will be increasing the Q88.com semi-annual subscription fee by $25 per vessel commencing January 1, 2011 to support our ongoing efforts to provide new enhancements, integrations and expand our global support network.
